The Alberta College of Art + Design Students’ Association presents the annual Spring Show & Sale March 22-24, 2012. The public is invited to take advantage of this rare opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind work from ACAD students and to invest in emerging artists. Show & Sale is one of the most highly anticipated events within the local community and. ACAD. This biannual event showcases art + c...raft + design pieces created by talented students at the Alberta College of Art + Design - one of the leading art and design schools in Canada. The work available includes pieces from all disciplines; ceramics, design, drawing, fibre, glass, jewelry/ metals, media arts & digital technology, painting, photography, printmaking, and sculpture. There is no admission fee and all funds raised go back to the students. ACAD is located next to the Jubilee Auditorium/C-train station. Debit, Visa, MasterCard and cash are accepted.See More
